  • Drive across the Bay Bridge to Treasure Island for a photo op of the twinkling city skyline
  • Watch the glittering Bay Bridge light show, the world’s largest LED light sculpture

Make your way to Fisherman's Wharf to board your double-decker bus. Climb aboard as twilight falls, choosing whether you'd like to sit on the bottom level or the top level, which will be either open-top or glassed-in. Make yourself comfortable as the bus departs and your guide begins their live commentary.

Wind through the city streets of San Francisco, admiring views from the summits of many of its famous hills. Pass the gates of historic Chinatown, cruise through the Marina district and stop at a scenic overlook for photo-worthy views of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Cross the Bay Bridge to Treasure Island, an island in the middle of the San Francisco Bay, where you can look back at lit-up views of the city skyline as darkness falls. You'll also have an unobstructed view of the Bay Lights, installed to celebrate the Bay Bridge's 75th anniversary and now a permanent feature. The 25,000 LED lights twinkle and dance to present patterns and pictures along all 1.8 miles (2.9 km) of the bridge each night.

Your 2-hour tour ends back at Fisherman's Wharf.

The tour was great. Renata was knowledgeable and funny! The only negative was being asked to be at the departure point early and then having to stand in line, in the cold and wind, for almost an hour before they started boarding.

Great way to see the city from a different perspective! We were lucky to have started with a very clear night... and then watch the fog roll in. Very cool. The guide provided lots of interesting information regarding the buildings, city life, Bay Bridge revamp, etc.... well done! Definitely bring a jacket... we went in October and the evening started nice, but turned pretty cold on the way back into the city. The driver also offered to drop us off near Herald Square not back to Embarcadero, closer to our hotel, which was very helpful.

The tour was advertised as a 2 hour city night tour with traveling over the Bay bridge to see the city lights. This was not the case. It was less than 2 hours and did not include going over Bay Bridge. This was the reason I booked the tour, not to go around the city yelling Happy Holidays to people on the street. Very disappointed with inappropriate behavior of tour guides. I like more class than what they showed the city and feel sorry for all the people that had to endure it and endure it nightly. On a positive, the lights at Union Square, the Embarcadero, and City Hall were wonderful.

Although it was freezing cold, I opted to sit up on top of the double decker bus. The tour was very fun and informative. I woudl definitely recommend this tour.

Although the price was right, we experienced many glitches. The first glitch was the pick up time and place--Viator listed the pick up time was 6:15 pm. Luckily, we arrived early at 6 pm. The bus was just getting ready to leave. The second glitch was the pick up place. Viator listed it at Fisherman's Wharf. We asked the manager where the pick up points were he stated Union Square was included. Our hotel was at Union Square so we could have avoided an Uber fare and been picked up at 6:30 pm at Union Square. Next came the tour portion which was somewhat interesting. The tour itself lasted about 90 minutes and was advertised to go across the Bay Bridge for pictures--it did not. The tour guide was less inspired and not that interesting. Overall, except for visiting a beautiful city at night, I would, at this point, not recommend this tour.

The description of the tour says that you will see Chinatown, Union Square, the Golden Gate Bridge, and cross the Bay Bridge to Treasure Island. We only saw Chinatown and Union Square. We saw the Bay Bridge but did not go across. We didn't see the Golden Gate Bridge at all. I think there are much better ways to see the city.

Very average tour, the bus driver nice guy and he pointed out many sites of interest , his English was poor and the speaker system extremely loud, why is he yelling....!!!! Repeated the same dialogue through out the tour.
Make sure you have warm clothes as it does get cold.
