This tour was so fabulous. My college-age daughter and I were the only two on the tour, so what could have been awkward was actually quite fun. Our guide was both a wealth of knowledge and fun. As expected, she knew all the shop owners at sites we visited, and we had a blast trying different vinegars, wines, foods and spices. The highlight was a HUGE pretzel with meat and cheese that we bought at the market, although every stop was interesting, tasty and fun. TAKE THIS TOUR. You'll be glad you did.

It was a great way to learn about history of old town in Salzburg. A little disappointed in the food tasting.

Our tour guide was excellent, she showed us the highlights and history of the city. We sampled several traditional items from the area.

Michaela was our tour guide and was just amazing !! The experience was overall incredible despite the rain. She showed us some wonderful places where our food samples were so memorable, we can still recall them today as we are home. The freshest strawberries and meats in the farmer's market. The wine and coffee along the way. The chocolates and how they were made. We really enjoyed the food gifts that went with several stops- some made it home, others were eaten along the vacation. If there is one thing you need to do, this tour is it-

My friend and I ended up being the only two on this food tour with Michaela - and it was just amazing!! We visited a number of shops and restaurants and got lots of samples along the way. She knew a lot about the history of the city as well as the foods we were trying. HIGHLY recommend doing this tour!

Excellent tour with a great history lesson and a goodie bag with great local treats being collected at each stop along the way! Each spot was unique and interesting with a special history and backstory that made the tour very special. Tour guide was great too and dressed in traditional attire for added authenticity!
