Overview

Great cooking class with so much food made that we shared with our host family. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this activity! Our teacher was simona and she was fantastic - so knowledgeable, friendly and really knows her stuff. The class is inside a cave or sorts which is a really cool vibe. And the desserts we made were delicious!

This was an event that the entire family enjoyed! It was fun to learn how to cook and get our hands 'dirty'! Plus, it was tasty! Lunch was great as was the food we made!

This was a first rate class. The instructor was professional, timely and friendly. The strudel was delicious. A few things we would change, lunch was a small bow of goulash. Beverages were extra. We ordered a soda and didn't know we would be charged for it until the end of the class. After the lunch the instructor served out the strudel and Nocker. He was in such a hurray to prepare for his next session that he only gave us a spoonful of each and walked away with the dishes that we made with 75 of the food still in them. He actually threw it all out and did not offer for us to take it home. Over all it was a good class and lots of fun.

This class was so much fun! My husband is very skilled in the kitchen and I am not, and we both really enjoyed ourselves. The instructor was very clear and helpful in explaining not only how to make the strudel and nockerl, but also the history behind dishes and the regional cuisine in general. The goulash for lunch was also delicious and can be enjoyed with a glass of wine while your desserts bake. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it for both kitchen pros and novices.

What a great time we had. Location is so interesting. Built in the base of the mountain. Everything was ready for us to prepare and the process was fun. Would highly recommend this tour.

This is an interesting and educational experience with a great lunch and a lesson for a lifetime on strudel making and merengue. Very knowledgeable instructor and cool location to learn the ropes of Bavarian baking and strudel making!
