2-Hour Horseback Riding Adventure from Punta Cana

Called the ranch to confirm pick up time, they say 2 pm lobby. We wait it's now 215. So I called he goes sorry I told you 130 too bad. As he's saying this the bus pulled up so not sure what happened. People were rude. Told them voucher came with rum bottle he threw away my voucher and said no it didn't. As we tried to buy the CD of photos he told the couple behind us the price was 40 which is exactly what I brought. He goes to me for you 85 since ypyou have 4 people. I said I'm not with them I only want my photos and again I was told too bad. Didn't get to ride in the water, mainly we were on a fairly busy street so yeah I had a blast... Oh and this was the photo I was finally given nice and blurry

This adventure was awesome! Well worth my drive from Santo Domingo. And plus, I got a rum bottle with my picture on it Lol! I enjoyed this trip thoroughly...

Great trip! The tour operators were great to work with. The guides were a lot of fun and really enjoyed what they were doing and interacting with the people. Riding was much more than your usual plodding along trail ride. For those that wanted, the pace could be picked up at times - imagine galloping on the beach! The best compliment, however, was the fact that my wife went back two days later.

Ride itself was good. They let us gallop a little. Disappointed that they wanted so much for pictures. We would have like them but felt 50 was too much.

Nothing like I pictured, especially for the price. The beach was disgusting and we didn't ride through the water. For the amount spent and number of patrons you would think the area where the horses travel would be kept up. Two hours was too long and then they wanted $90 for a video. Disappointed

Great ride on the beach. Each rider was allowed to proceed at their comfort level, from being led to galloping across the sand. The prices in the gift shop were among the best I saw for cigars as well.

The horses were very well behaved. Although a little skinny for my liking. Considering it's Punta Cana, I would recommend this ride to anyone who wants to enjoy a great beach ride experience.

I highly recommend this tour. The guides were awesome and so nice. I was actually not feeling well the day of the excursion but we had already booked and paid for it so I went ahead because I had looked forward to it. While I am sure I would have enjoyed it better if I had been feeling up to par, the guides were amazing and realized I wasn't feeling well and I could not have asked for them to have been any nicer. I highly recommend this!

Had a great time on this trip. I would highly recommend the two-hour trip as we were taken out separately from the one-hour riders. The one-hour group had about 15 people and seemed to be much more restricted but in our group, there were only 4 people and our guide and our personal paparazzi. We rode on the beach a couple of times and through some trails getting to and from the beach. We also had a couple of stops for photo ops. The horses were very well trained and would trot and gallop when commanded by the handlers. I would strongly recommend this excursion. At the end of the excursion if you purchase through Viator you get a bottle of rum with your picture on it - very nice keepsake. They want to sell you a disc pictures for like 40 but you can negotiate this down to about 25 if you take them aside.

All in all a very nice trip
