For a unique culinary experience, try your hand at preparing three different dishes 'a la Niçoise.’ Make your way to a well-equipped cooking school in Nice’s old town, known as Vieille Ville, where your instructor awaits with all the tools and ingredients you need to prepare a gourmet meal.
Tie on an apron and chop, dice, sauté and season under the watchful eye of your professional instructor. Learn to make an authentic Provençal appetizer, main dish and dessert. Fresh, seasonal produce features prominently in regional cuisine, and you are likely to use seasonal ingredients and locally caught fish or farm-fresh meats (see Itinerary below for a sample menu).
