With a hands-on pâtisserie class you'll have a chance to learn some of the secrets of French pastry from an expert. Learn to make delicate French macarons and give traditional brownies a French twist (gâteaux Américains). Find out about the many applications for pâte feuilletée (puff pastry), including croissants and apple turnovers; and pâte à choux (choux pastry), such as éclairs and profiteroles.
Make fruity Corsican Clementine macarons or exotic Madagascar vanilla macarons. Layer fresh raspberries and vanilla cream to make millefeuille. Elevate international delights like strawberry cheesecake and chocolate chip and pecan brownies with newfound pâtisserie prowess.
