Terrible experience. Late pick up. Local contractor is Mayaland Hotel, took us directly to the Hotel at the back entrance, even didn't enter the site from the front major entrance. The guide only show us less than 30 of the site, with 70 Spanish elaboration. Didn't even mention the site should be much larger than showed. Only give less than one hour for the free visiting of the rest 70. You have to skip lunch to visit the rest.

We did not get picked up until 10:30 because of bus problems which made the stop and tour at Chichen Itza shortened by over one hour. This tour was composed of people were going on to Cancun and others who were returning to Merida. The people who took the bus back to Merida had the extra time that the tour advertised but those of us who contnued on to Cancun were told that we had to leave at the scheduled time even though we had arrived a chiche Iiza because to the late start. I skiped the lunch to return to the site but sstill did not have tome to visit the Cenote.
