We had an amazing time! Nice to have someone else do the driving and handle all the details, our guide was so knowledgeable and answered every question! The airboat was our favorite! The swamp buggy was fun and we saw a mama bear and her baby cub.

We saw a Florida black bear and her cub on the swamp buggy ride. The airboat ride was loads of fun. It was nice having a marine biologist leading our tour. The only downside was that our group of 5 got picked up last so we were squashed in the back of the van each time we traveled from one place to another. Overall, a great day!

This tour was amazing!!! Phil our tour guide could not have been better. We saw Vultures, many types of birds, a bear, raccoons, deer, and lots of alligators. It was definitely one of the best tours we've ever been on, worth every penny!! The swamp buggy and air ride were so fun!! We look forward to taking this tour with our grandkids in a few years. Thanks for everything!

Our tour guide, Veronica, was very knowledgeable and knew the area and marine life very well. It takes about an hour and half to arrive and enjoyed listening about the history and current conditions of the water and ecosystem. The Airboat ride was great and saw several alligators. The Swamp Buggy ride was a little disappointing and is a very short ride and you really do not go back in the swamp. Unfortunately we did not see any wildlife but we understand that is always a possibility. Going in January we were not bothered with any insects but I would take bug spray just in case. I would recommend this tour and ask for Veronica!

We really enjoyed our tour. The best part was seeing the alligators in their natural habitat. Thanks to Phil on that. He knew the best place to see them. The restraurant was great. Friendly people, great food. The swamp buggy ride was a little lame. I know part of the problem was lack of water.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better January 2018

We enjoyed our guide, Mr. Dwight's rich info and kindness. He was patient, responsible, respectful and knowledgeable. His voice was clear. We only paid him tips. It could have been better if the Swamp Buggy and Airboat Ride were not presented as we experienced. It was not wild at all. It did give us a feeling of everything was conducted in someone's backyard. At booking, we expected that we would go through the true wildness of the Everglades park, but while we were siting on the boat and turning around, I kept seeing a flag not too far on the land, I knew it is the flag that stands just beside the airboat owner's building. We knew we were actually very close to the dock where we started with. The buggy started with a short swamp ride maybe around 1000 ft or shorter?, then turn left on to a piece of dry land with woods where we saw a small bear about pig size with her cub. Then we were turned left again and saw highway in front and near us, turned left again with a short ride passing someone's house, we backed to where we started with. To conclude, it might be a good experience for your kids under 12. However, it is really not necessary for an adult to experience this if you are not able to make easy money in your life.
