Meet your guide in front of the Loggia del Bigallo in central Florence, overlooking Piazza Duomo. From there, you'll be able to see the Cathedral and Brunelleschi's Dome, as well as Giotto's Bell Tower, the Baptistery, and the Gates of Paradise.
