Cancun Shared Airport Transfer to Hotel

We were extremely pleased with our transfers to and from the airport. Amigo tours picked us up at both places. Could not be better.

Transfer to hotel was exelent, but transfer to airoport they offer me at 8:00amMy flight is 1:05pm distance from hotel to airoport 20-25 minuets What am I going to do for 4.5 hours. The hotel is check out at 12:00noon it was paid already . It is very difficult situation for me

The kiosk for this service is outside of the airport so don't be fooled like we were by all of the hustlers inside trying to swindle you. There are no real instructions on where to find this service provider so make sure you walk completely out of the airport and you should find the small booth a few yards away. My experience - after finally finding the small booth and checking in, we waited 15-20 mins for our van. The ride itself was normal enough - until we got to the drop-off location.
When we got there and exited the van, the driver asks Did you forget something? Thinking he was actually trying to be helpful, we look in the van again to make sure we didn't forget any bags, but we realized he was actually being a douche. He then says Yeah, you forgot my tip. Seriously? If you deserved a tip before, you certainly don't now.
At this point, the driver has an extremely aggressive demeanor and my boyfriend decides to tip him anyway so we can go about the rest of our vacation. We hadn't exchanged currency yet, so my boyfriend opens his wallet to tip him a few US dollars. As soon as he opens his wallet to get the money, the driver reaches in my boyfriend's wallet himself and takes a 5 bill out. Ridiculous. After that ordeal, we realized we were dropped off at the wrong place. The driver took us to some alley the was behind a condo-style hotel, our actual place was about a block and a half away. At this point, we just lugged all of our luggage the distance to our hotel on our own because we didn't want to bother with the crazy aggressive driver. That was our welcoming experience and first impression of Mexico. Needless to say, we likely won't be back and if we do return, we definitely will not hire this service. Buyer Beware!

Arriving to Mexico and getting to our transport was a breeze! The driver was very nice and helpful. Everyone was super friendly. I would recommend them to anyone!

If I could give Amigos Transportation a ZERO, I would! Very poor service! I approached the guy holding the sign he told us to stand to the side and it’ll be 2 minutes, that turned into 50 mins. They left us stranded and having to pay additional money for a taxi from the hotel to the airport. SAD!!

These were the friendliest most professional and punctual representatives and company I have ever had the pleasure of doing businesses with.

We were picked up in style. Our driver offered us beverages. We rode in a very comfortable SUV

The shuttle was easy to find at the airport and showed up on time at our hotel when we were departing.

A little bit unorganized but it was solved in 15 minutes ,due to wear to meet and then finding a spot for the van to pick us up
