1 star rating: I do not recommend this December 2016

Horrible. My guide never showed up. I never received an email or anything.

I waited at the meeting point, in the heat, for 45 minutes. When I finally returned to my hotel I sent Viator an email and have yet to hear back.

This is my second attempt at a tour with Viator the first one was a failure as well. Never coming back again.
